职业院校教师队伍建设关系到职业院校的发展、教师素质的提高和人才培养的质量,兼职教师队伍建设业已成为教师队伍建设中不可忽视的一环。兼职教师队伍建设多年来存在亟待解决的痼疾,以兼职教师的制度设计破解其困境成为可尝试的出路之一。兼职教师制度设计需要在明确兼职教师的准入标准、完善职业院校自主聘任空间、增强兼职教师的身份认同、创新兼职教师薪金制度以及校企共建人才资源库等方面进行努力。
Abstract:The construction of teachers′ team in vocational institutes is related to the development of vocational institutes, the improvement literacy of teachersand quality of talents cultivation. The construction of part-time teachers′ team has become thenon-negligible part in construction of teachers′ team. There is long time existed problems in the construction of part-time teacher′s team and the solution by system design shall be one of the potential effective solutions for settlement. The system design of part-time teachers′ team shall make efforts with respect to expressly specifying the admittance criterion, improvement of thespace of self-recruitment decided by institutes, consolidation of the recognizing the identification for part-time teacher, innovation of the salary system of part-time teachers and joint construction of talent resource pool by the colleges and enterprises.
