提高高职教育的教育教学质量是高职教育今后发展中的一大任务,满足企业需求是高职教育教学质量的本质特征,满足企业需求才能保障和不断升高职教育的教学质量。要以企业需求为根本建立质量标准、以培养目标为依据加强课程建设、以能力培养为目的改革教学方法、以全面发展为原则建立评价体系、以教学质量为中心加强内涵建设,以双师素质为标准建设教师队伍。

Improving educational and teaching quality is one of the main tasks in future development of higher vocational education and meeting the needs of enterprises is the essential characteristic of higher vocational teaching quality.Only meet the requirements of enterprises can the teaching quality of vocational education be guaranteed and improved.This paper therefore puts forward suggestions to improve educational and teaching quality of higher vocational colleges including establishing quality standard by taking the requirements of enterprises as basis,strengthening curriculum construction by taking cultivation goal as foundation,reforming teaching method by taking ability cultivation as aim,building up evaluation system by taking all-round development as principle,enhancing connotation construction by taking teaching quality as center,building the team of teachers by taking teachers' double quality as standard,etc.
